Work In Progress!

Yay! Yesterday was full of achievements and quite a bit of excitement in Blogland! Above - see I sewed the Cozy Tiny Tot's Quilt together and started snipping late last night - another gift it will be and that makes me happy!

Another pic late last night - yes another apple pincushion for Someone Special - leaves, twig and a bit more sculpting to be done yet! I showed you Pinocchio quite some time ago - there he hangs over the kitchen bench watching all the activity in kitchen and family room - perhaps, I, too, have never grown up! I still love all things child-like!

Pop over to visit Nedra at Cactus Needle - she has a wonderful 5 days of Giveaways celebrating her Blogaversary - this was her first giveaway, yesterday - another one is up for grabs today!

Also, click the Blackbird button on my Sidebar to see a pattern/tutorial for a gorgeous quilt!
Pop over to visit Shari at Mumsyblossom's World - she is so excited about a wonderful raffle win - oh, to be so lucky!
My new computer is a Darling and we are getting along fine together - maybe that should be 'zooming'! A day out with friends tomorrow - that will be a lovely change and I'm really looking forward to it!

Happy day everyone!

I agree with the other commenters, your quilt is lovely and will be so cozy. I love your pears and apples they are so perfectly smooth and the leaves lay just so, it makes you want to take a bite. It's funny how we grownups love to have a little childhood whimsey around. I think that my grandkids are a little envious, they say you have really neat things Grandma, all the way from dolls to miniature glass chickens and dishes to miniature horseshoes. I'd give some away, but I don't think they'd last as long, they can visit them.
