Tah Dah! Another Finish!

It's finished - I stitched the binding while I watched tennis last night. Another exciting night coming up tonight - our own Lleyton Hewitt v Marcos Baghdatis - of course I am a loyal Australian, but that doesn't stop me thinking Marcos has a certain charisma!

This little quilt is a gift for a wee baby boy - 7 months and pulling himself up on furniture already. I used Quilt Lite for the batting, so it will be lovely and soft and cosy for him!

Dear Stepahnie from A Ditching Time Quilts has chosen me for the Lemonade Stand Award - check my Sidebar - a lovely gesture, but now I have to choose 10 people to pass the award to - oh, just a little difficult for me - I have so many favourites - I will have to think about it ....

Have a lovely weekend everyone - ours promises to be hot!

I love that quilt! What a perfect gift for a little boy! As for Hewitt vs Baghdatis, oh what a choice! I love both of them -- but I agree, Baghdatis has some kinda charisma! He gets to me every time! :D Hewitt is a sentimental favorite for me too though, so maybe I just won't watch. Actually, I'll probably be asleep! lol!

Love the baby quilt! My son walked at nine months (but maybe you shouldn't tell this little guy's mom that!)

Hey lurline, that is delightful. I really like the way the grey is in with the brights, it works so well. Enjoy the tennis

Lurline, you are having fun! All over the place (except the heat) you're having fun. This baby quilt is really a great pattern idea. I love it. Actually, it looks so soft, too. I just want to feel it... Congrats on your award, too. I know those feel very nice.
