Here's Hoping!

Have I turned a corner - maybe! - less pain, more enthusiasm!
Another start at another lot of Granny Squares - must apply myself and keep on moving! Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino is just so gorgeous and soft - as I have mentioned before, my squares have been inspired by Attic24 (I do have some old tricks I find hard to change!) - I'm about to try her method of joining the squares together!

Look what I have - I'm not feeling at all enthusiastic about installing it - seems all a little too much for my learning curve at the moment! I would love any encouragement I can get from you Girls - I'm a total Newbie and wonder if I have bought a monster!
This doesn't go down really well with Nanny - my little Heidi-Ho has joined AusKick with Byron. She does do ballet, too, so maybe not so much of a tomboy - all of my girls have been Girlie-girls!
She has informed me she was telling Byron that is not the right way to hold a football - 'I wasn't going to kick it, Heidi - I was just carrying it!' - poor Byron - I have told him to tell her to get back to her ballet, lol! Have fun!

I do hope you are mending and feel much better soon.
You really should install EQ7, it will give you another distraction while you are mending.
Such pretty colours for your crochet. I was recently taught how to make granny squares.

Well, the EQ6 comes with great built in video tutorials so I'm sure EQ7 will have those also.
Don't be scared. Dive in!!
And hooray for Heidi playing footy!!!
Good for her, I say!!!

Glad you are feeling better. I must find some of that yummy looking yarn; very pretty colors!

I think it's wonderful that your little Heidi is playing football as well as dancing. So many kids nowadays just sit in front of the tv or computer all day.

You sound by your use of words that you feel better. x x x
Boys and girls, football and ballet..... shows she is an all rounder :-)

Love the colors in your granny squares! Yummy! Good luck with that quilt program. Hopefully installing it won't be hard -- I have no experience, I'm afraid. Good for Heidi for going both ways! Dance and football -- great combination!

The yarns are so beautiful. The colors just draw me in. I've been following Attic 24 also, and have been inspried by her projects. I even went out and purchased some yarn and have dusted off the old crochet hooks. I'm a real beginner, but want to start learning.

The yarns look so soft I wished I could give them a little squeeze. Must be a lovely feeling.
The kiddies are gorgeous. I love the football girl!

Cute kids, the granny squares are lovely, and I'd buy that software but I'm afraid of it.

Your granny squares look lovely. Football and Ballet together? I think it is good for them to try different things but I hope she continues with the ballet rather than the football down the track.
