I have been madly stitching - I want to make a quilt to raffle as a fund-raiser for Bailey to go to Sydney - yep, representing our state, Western Australia, in Australian Rules Football. Here he is with twin sister Ayesha last January, yes he is very tall, which of course gives him a distinct advantage to any team who selects him. Oh, I must admit he is a very talented player too!
Pray God all goes well this year - he was selected for the team last year to go to Canberra, but injury prevented him from doing so.So I have been into the stash and selected fabrics to make a zig-zag quilt, again inspired by
Red Pepper Quilts and Fresh Lemons Quilts. I so enjoy the inspiration that comes from both Rita and Malka.
