I've tried really hard - please believe me!
What a mess! I've been sorting out fabrics for my Low Volume Quilt.

We can read up lots on Low Volume Quilts and belong to Groups - now here is a first for me, I really don't expect to cause too many headaches!

I have borrowed the pic above so you can see my inspiration from the just lovely, lovely book below, written by two gorgeous girls. I went through Amazon/Kindle and have downloaded the book onto my
ipad - instant gratification and oh, how happy it has made me.

I have this book - it's lovely! I can't wait to see what you make Lurline :)
I've been eyeing this book. Let me know what you think.
hhhmmmmm, interesting. I didn't know there were 'groups' and books when I sewed mine.
Oh, this will be so great....I'm looking forward to seeing what you do!!
Fabulous book...lots of inspiration!
I did exactly the same as you - downloaded to my Kindle, then couldn't wait to start a project. I am hand stitching a Missing U quilt. Each block is made of patches of one colour eg yellows, purples, reds but with one patch of white. It is great fun to do and is a completely different way of working for me. Yellow and light green done so far and now working on pink. It is a lovely book, very inspiring.
That is a gorgeous quilt, and I am going to be making it too. I look forward to seeing yours.
